One thing that is definitely an inspiration to us as designers is dark imagery. No we aren’t evil, rather spectators that simply have always loved design with a little imaginative evil twist to it. There is something to be said about this approach to design and we appreciate the honesty and truthfulness that it can bring out. So sit back and enjoy our top 5 favorite dark artists.

Thank you Skye, I hope you aren’t referring to the art in this post, these are works of some truly inspiring artists with breathtaking designs, in no way can we take credit for any of them lol, just wanted to show others what they might be missing out on!

Great stuff in this post. I like the Invisible Creature work. I hadn’t heard of them, but now I know they have done a lot of album art for bands I’ve listened to past and present. Great little Flash site they have too :)
